Capital One issues both its own credit cards and co-branded cards with partners such as Walmart and Union Plus. For these campaigns, I designed multiple direct mail kits—including letters, buck slips, and envelopes—within a templated “family” system where formats, window placements, and dimensions were fixed.
Outcome: Delivered kit options that balanced clear messaging and brand visuals within layout constraints, ensuring consistency across Capital One’s direct mail communications.
