Created digital creative encouraging Citi cardholders to “be bold” in their purchases, with the reassurance that Citi benefits like travel protection and purchase coverage had them covered if things went wrong. Visuals and messaging worked together to make these abstract protections feel tangible and empowering.
Outcome: Produced a confident, customer-focused campaign that highlighted the real-world value of Citi’s built-in cardmember benefits.
