Capital One Venture X is the brand’s premier travel rewards card. This project coincided with a major refresh of Capital One’s visual identity and was one of the first opportunities to apply the new brand system to an active acquisition program. I designed a series of direct mail kits—including outer envelopes, self-mailers, letters and brochures—exploring how the updated typography, color palette, and layout principles could be adapted across multiple formats.
Outcome: Produced a range of acquisition concepts that balanced aspirational travel imagery with regulated financial messaging, while helping establish how the new brand guidelines could scale across Capital One’s direct mail ecosystem.
