For AmEx’s B2B marketing, each campaign required a custom-designed email. Unlike most clients using modular templates, AmEx pushed for one-off executions that had to remain brand-consistent while adapting to evolving content.
I designed each email from scratch and partnered closely with developers through testing to ensure layouts translated cleanly into code.
Outcome: Delivered polished, brand-consistent emails for complex B2B campaigns — overcoming workflow hurdles through adaptability and collaboration.
